'Loud blast' heard at Moscow theatre

A loud explosion has been heard in the Russian capital Moscow at a theatre where Chechen rebels are holding up to 800 people hostage.
The blast occurred at 0915 local time (0515 GMT), but it was not clear whether it came from inside or outside or whether security forces had started to storm the building....It happened after overnight attempts to negotiate the release of the hostages appeared to have failed.

Doesn't sound good...

Chechens Hold Hundreds of Moscow Theater-Goers
Chechen separatist guerrillas held hundreds of Moscow theater-goers hostage overnight on Thursday and threatened to blow up the building and all inside if security forces tried to storm it....The group of about 40, including masked women strapped with explosives, burst into the theater on Wednesday evening firing shots in the air and shouting "Stop the war in Chechnya." They demanded Russia pull its troops out of their Muslim homeland.

For some reason this reminds me of Fujimori and the taking of the Lima embassy...
