Urgent talks to free Moscow hostages

Urgent negotiations are going on to try to secure the release of 75 foreign nationals among the hostages held by a Chechen suicide squad in a Moscow theatre....Diplomatic cars have begun arriving on the scene in anticipation of their release but earlier negotiations broke down and the deadline for them to be freed passed....Seven people, all Russians, were let out early on Friday morning.
